At Telepassport we recognize that Satisfaction is important. This Refund Policy applies to 7 Days Guarantee Statement (Only for Web Hosting Service).
Shared Hosting Accounts/Reseller Hosting
If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive from Telepassport during the first 7 days of service (Only Web Hosting), you may request in writing via email or via billing system.
You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling (as we request for any cancellation). We are the sole arbiter as to if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel.
If client violated the terms and conditions and suspended in that case refund will not be offered also if He/She asked for cancelation and than agreed to continue using services can't ask second time for refund.
If client asked for any work during the 7 days like website transfer etc.. he/she has to pay the admin fee 65€/hour as you are no more willing to use our services so all free support for which you were entitiled will be no more free so he/she has to pay expenses.
- DEVELOPER OBLIGATIONS
The developer who builds the website is required to upgrade the versions of the program / builder software such wordpress, joomla to the latest most recent version and to close all the security gaps on the website.
No Refund will be issued if you are using second time our service it's only offered once a customer for any product.
-Refunds are only applicable for monthly hosting service fees.
-Refunds are only applicable if we have failed to provide 99% uptime of the service.
-Refund is provided only once for a single account of the customer.
-Refunds are only applicable for services paid using credit cards. If payments were done using 3rd party checkout services (PayPal, Payoneer etc.) refunds are only provided to clients Athens Hosting account’s credit balance.
-Refund is only applicable on first 30 days of first time product purchase no refunds for upgrades, or any other product/account purchase. Its just first time for new signups.
If, for any reason, Telepassport fails to deliver said services, a prorated refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued if abuse of our stated policies forces Telepassport to suspend or terminate your services prematurely.
In the event you request account cancellation, once your service has been cancelled your account will be suspended from use. It will then be deleted within 7 days. If for any other reason your account becomes suspended and remains suspended it will be deleted after a 7-day period.
Refund is not applicable on Suspended Service.
